This hunting lease is leased and not available. 104 acres of a well-maintained forest land. Landowner has started converting trees over to long leaf pine. Trees are in several stages of growth. The road system is amazing, very easy access throughout the property. Food plot options are endless. There is a 5 acres field on the upper end that can be planted, hunter option. Dove hunting crossed my mind looking at it. Small pond on site. The landowner will be cutting 30 acres around the pond area, time unknown. He just recently signed the contract. If you are not familiar with a logger's timeline, this could be next week or several years before they move in. From my experience this will only improve the tract by offering more browse in the future. This would not cause me to pause in leasing this tract. Tract has a lot of forest land surrounding it. Hardwood patch in the back corner.

Property has existing stand, use at your own risk. Landowner said some have been there for several years. Use caution, BCL does not recommend using older stands.
